Double Win for SPCC Cessnock Students at the 2024 Novaskill Excellence Awards
We’re excited to celebrate the success of two outstanding students from St Philip’s Christian College Cessnock who were named winners in their categories at the 2024 Novaskill Excellence Awards, held on Friday 23 May.
William received the award for First Nations Student of the Year, while Elysia was awarded School-Based Student of the Year. These achievements reflect the dedication, professionalism, and effort both students have consistently demonstrated through their Certificate III in Business Services training.
The Novaskill Excellence Awards recognise the exceptional contributions of vocational students, apprentices, and trainees across the region. Winners often progress to compete at state or national levels, making this a significant accomplishment.
At SPCC Cessnock, we are proud to offer programs like SmartTrack, which provide students with valuable industry experience and skills that prepare them for life beyond school.
Congratulations to both students, your achievements are a credit to your commitment and perseverance.
