REFRESH – Celebrating and Supporting Our Staff
At St Philip’s Christian College Cessnock, we believe that a strong community is built by people who feel seen, supported and appreciated. REFRESH is a simple but meaningful initiative designed to recognise the incredible dedication of our staff and create space for encouragement and connection.
With moments of shared worship, inspiring messages from guest speaker Pam O’Dea, and small surprises like free coffee, gelato, massages and a sausage sizzle lunch, REFRESH brings our team together in a spirit of gratitude. One of the highlights included windscreen washing by our Year 12 Smart Track students, a thoughtful gesture that reminded us how much the little things matter.
REFRESH reflects our commitment to investing in the wellbeing of those who give so much each day. It’s just one way we say thank you and continue building a culture of care, collaboration and community.
