Bookings

All bookings are made through My Family Lounge. This can be accessed online through the link below or through their app only available on Apple devices. 

Permanent Bookings

  1. Log-in to My Family Lounge 
  2. Go to New Booking
  3. Click on ‘New Request’
  4. Complete and submit.

The Saints Academy Enrolment and Administration Officer will receive your booking request. If there is availability, you will be sent an Offer of Placement to accept and confirm via My Family Lounge.

Please note: once you have accepted a permanent booking at your chosen location, a $100 non-refundable enrolment acceptance fee is payable in order to finalise your enrolment.

Casual Bookings

  1. Log-in to My Family Lounge
  2. Go to Casual Bookings → add casual booking
  3. Complete details including care type (e.g. after school care) 
  4. Add dates required and submit

If you have existing casual booking, these days will be displayed in blue. Days available for casual booking are in green and unavailable (fully booked) days are in red.

Please note: There is a one off $20 non-refundable enrolment fee for first time casual bookings.

Vacation Program Bookings 

  1. Log-in to My Family Lounge
  2. Go to Casual Bookings → add casual booking
  3. Complete details including care type as Vacation program
  4. Add dates required and submit

If you have existing casual booking, these days will be displayed in blue. Days available for casual booking are in green and fully booked days are in red.

Please note: There is a $20 non-refundable enrolment fee for first time casual bookings.
