Saints Academy uses My Family Lounge as the parent portal providing easy access for parents to:
- Enrol your child at Saints Academy
- Make changes to the days your child is enrolled
- Make casual bookings for the Before and After School Program
- Make Vacation Program bookings

If you wish to enrol in the Vacation Program only you do not need to make a new booking enquiry. Please follow the instructions on how to make a booking using our Casual Booking Calendar
Vacation Program Enrolment Instructions
a. If you have a current account – click the above 'book now' button and log in
- Find the “casual booking section” and tick the “add casual booking” button. On the app you need to find the date you want to book for in the calendar.
- Select your child and service and make sure to put in Vacation Program.
- Days that are full are in red, days that are booked already are in blue and days that are available are green.
- Click book selected day and you are all booked!
b. If you do not have a current account – click the above 'book now' button to register
- Then go to “add child” to fill out an enrolment form
- Then follow the steps above.

Please note once you have accepted a permanent booking at your chosen location, a $100 non-refundable enrolment acceptance fee is payable in order to finalise your enrolment. Your service will provide details on how to make this payment.
