With over 20 years of experience in Christian education, I have had the privilege of serving in a range of roles, primarily as a high school teacher and in middle leadership. I have also worked in academic and support capacities within Christian universities. Before entering the education sector, I began my professional journey in the banking industry, working at the head offices of several of Australia’s largest banks. I hold a Master of Educational Leadership, and I am currently completing a Doctorate in Education. My doctoral research focuses on teacher self-efficacy in the context of twice-exceptional students—those who are both gifted and have a disability that affects their learning.
I am deeply passionate about creating educational environments where every student has access to high-quality learning opportunities in a setting that is both supportive and responsive to their individual needs. I believe in cultivating conditions where students feel valued, understood, and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
It is a great honour to serve as Head of Campus at St Philip’s Dynamic Learning College Gosford. I am excited to be part of such a vibrant and caring community, and I look forward to working together to support and inspire every student to reach their God-given potential.
Blessings,
Daniel Witanowski
