Paul Wellham
Head of Saints Academy

"Having been a staff member at St Philip’s Christian College for almost 20 years, six of these as the Head of our Junior School at SPCC Newcastle, I have extensive experience in early years education, Christian integration in the classroom, outdoor education, leadership and culture building. I have completed a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and hold a Bachelor of Teaching (PDHPE). I am passionate about the mission of St Philip’s Christian Education and seeing young people given the opportunity to experience the very best educational journey which supports them for the Whole of Their Life."

Toni Fitter
Head of Operations

"With diverse experience in operational and strategic management, and 20 years’ experience in the educational operational and strategic management, I excel in engaging diverse stakeholders, proactively solving problems, and aligning strategic and operational goals at Saints Academy. I have a First Class BA Hons Degree in Continued Professional Development – Education. I foster inclusive workplace cultures and drive continuous improvement. In my spare time, I love reading, travel and spending time with friends and family!"

Kathryn Graham
Executive Assistant

Kathryn has been faithfully serving as Executive Assistant at St Philip's Narnia Early Learning for 10 years. In 2026, along with the formation of the St Philip's Early and Extended Educations sector, Kathryn joined the Saints Academy team. Kathryn is extremely personable and highly organisational, connecting Saints Academy's team together and keeping operations running smoothly. 

J'Adelle Madden
Director, Saints Academy Cessnock

"I began my career in early childhood education, and discovered a passion for creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management and minoring in Entrepreneurship. I also hold a Certificate IV in Community Services. My professional interests include health and wellness, social issues, leadership, and business. I am deeply passionate about the work I do and am committed to creating an environment where every child and family feels welcomed, valued, and supported."

Samuel Harvey
Director, Saints Academy Port Stephens

Samuel holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education (Hons I) and is a valued part of the Saints Academy leadership team for his attention to detail and organisational skills. In his spare time, Samuel loves soccer, NRL, AFL, and music. He joined the Saints Academy team in early 2026 and his favourite core area is Active, as he loves getting to play sports with the students and watching them work and strategise together as part of a team.

Tamika Procter
Director, Saints Academy Newcastle

Tamika joined the Saints Academy team in early 2026. She brings with her great leadership experience, a strong understanding of the education sector, and a real passion for what she does. She’s spent the past 4 years working in learning support at St Philip’s Christian College Newcastle, so she’s already part of our learning community. Tamika loves spending time with her family, heading to the beach, and her favourite core area is creative!

Michael Matthews
Director, Saints Academy Gosford

With over 20 years of teaching experience, Michael brings strong leadership and education skills to Saints Academy. With a Bachelor in Elementary Education and Teaching, and previously serving as a classroom teacher at St Philip's Christian College Cessnock, Michael is an integral member of our learning community. Michael also holds a Certificate of Gifted Education (COGE), bringing further expertise in developing the diverse programs we hold at Saints Academy.
