National Prayer Breakfast

On Monday November 4, our new Year Twelve Student Leadership Team gathered together at the College for breakfast and to watch the National Prayer Breakfast live from Canberra, online.

The event has been in existence since the late 1980s, where Christians have gathered each year at this time, to pray for our nation. The guest speaker at the event this year was Priyan (Max) Jeganathan, a Sri Lankan refugee who shared his amazing story and talked about God’s grace in his life, and how we need to consider God’s grace, and live it out in every aspect of life, demonstrating kindness, understanding and forgiveness towards one another in all aspects of life.

It was a wonderful time to gather together, and we were grateful that our students and some staff were able to be a part of it with them.
