Meet the Principal

We are involved in the privileged environment of partnering with parents to help raise students for the whole of their life. I really enjoy the fact that our motto is ‘for the whole of life’ as we believe education is more than just a mark at the end of a course. As important as that might be we are also interested in developing young men and women who are able to contribute positively to society, be reliable employees, be faithful members of their church community, supportive husbands or wives and loving mum’s and dad’s. We want to be able to prepare our students for the whole of life and this means, as a Christian school, that we want to share with our students and our families the saving Gospel message of Jesus. This forms a significant part of our daily life within the College and we hope this will be a positive influence in the lives of our students and their families as they discover that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:6).

We often have new families comment that our school has a different ‘feel’ to others that they have experienced in the past or visited, and we believe that this is due to God’s Spirit at work in and through our College. All of our staff are Christian and this influences every element of their work, from what they teach, how they interact with students and in the way we partner with parents. Our staff display passion and purpose in all that they do and this in turns helps them to ignite passion and purpose for the whole of life in our students.

I am humbled by the opportunity to serve the College as Principal and I encourage you to look around our website or book in for a tour of our amazing College with our Registrar if you are considering St Philip’s Christian College Gosford for your child. I look forward to welcoming you to our College soon.
