Our Village

Shapes the vision, strategy and resources for the Teaching School or Third Space based on biblical worldview. Facilitates the formation of trainees and mentors in collaboration with schools and tertiary. 

Cultivates a Christ-focused community providing encouragement, friendship and support in a nurturing environment that enables trainees to pursue their calling to teach.

Partners with the Trainee Teacher on their journey, providing support for their personal and professional development while facilitating a deeper understanding of the Christian worldview within a community centred around Christ. 

Partners with the St Philip's Teaching and actively supports the Teaching School Coordinator, Mentors and Trainees in their school community. 

Facilitates the introduction and orientation of the Trainee Teacher into their school and guides them in an understanding of the professional requirements of their department. 

Staff, students and families encourage and embrace the trainee in all aspects of school life, providing a mutually beneficial experience. 

Liaises with the St Philip's Teaching School to support and advocate for the trainee in all matters relating to their Tertiary study pathway. 

Supports the formation of trainees and mentors within a Christ-centred community. Liaises with the Teaching School Principal to facilitate the growth of trainees and mentors. 

Liaises with the St Philip's Teaching School to support and advocate for the Trainee Teacher in all matters relating to their Tertiary pathway study.

Partners with the St Philip's Teaching school on their whole of life journey. Supporting and mentoring Trainee Teachers whilst instilling a deeper sense of Christian worldview in their own educational community.
