Student Learning

Our Junior School provides a rich variety of learning experiences with a strong focus on the foundational skills of Literacy and Numeracy.

Specialist teachers provide instruction for some subject areas. The teaching and use of information, research skills and information technology is integrated across the curriculum. The Junior School encourages comprehensive teaching and learning experiences based on a Multiple Intelligence approach and higher order thinking skills. Multi-sensory strategies enhance learning in Reading, Writing and Spelling. The Junior School provides for the academically gifted and for those who need learning support – empowering our children in their love of life-long learning.
