Music

Music at St Philip's Christian College enriches the whole community and is an activity that most students enjoy. They can be part of a choir, concert band, string ensemble or ministry band. Music is an important elective subject and students can also learn an instrument at school. The study of Music in the Senior School aims to develop in each student the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary for active participation in performing, composing and listening and to have an increased enjoyment of music.

Instrumental Tuition

Our Instrumental Music Program offers students the opportunity to learn an instrument of their choice. Individual music lessons are conducted in 30 minute sessions during school hours and fees are charged per term by the instrumental tutor.
