Property Manager

St Philip’s Christian College Gosford is a rapidly growing learning community, striving to provide quality education in a caring and secure learning environment based on Christian beliefs, values and practice. We are currently seeking appropriately qualified applicants to fill the following full-time positions in our Property Services Team for our K-12 Gosford school overlooking the picturesque Narara Valley:

• Property Manager
• Property Services Team Member

Key deliverables/responsibilities:

• Undertaking maintenance of buildings and equipment
• Maintaining and caring for the College grounds
• Safely and proficiently operating various tools and equipment in accordance to WHS standards
• Driving the College Bus (28-seater) to/from the College to Berowra
