For the Whole of Their Life.
DALE Young Parents
DALE Young Parents' School is an accredited Special Assistance School for young mums and dads. We have two campuses located in Newcastle and Wyong, providing flexible learning environments, onsite early learning care for their babies whilst they study.
DALE Young Parents was established in 2000, initially as a Young Mothers’ Program, designed to meet the need of young mothers wanting to complete their education while parenting, but found the barriers too challenging to continue.
In 2016, the DALE Young Mothers' Program transitioned to SPCC DALE Young Parents and became a registered and accredited Special Assistance School for young mums and dads.
We have two campuses located in Waratah and Wyong, set within the Young Parents' Hub, providing flexible learning environments and access to an ecosystem of partnerships which empower and equip young parents to thrive for the whole of their lives.
Narnia Young Parents Early Learning provides onsite early education for their children whilst they study, with co-located agencies and a network of community services that engage with young parents to minimise the barriers toward successfully completing their education.
This collaborative dual generational model of holistic education and parent support, ultimately results in a confident and school-ready child and a confident HSC graduate, with the skills and qualifications to flourish into their future and achieve their goals and aspirations of being an amazing parent and move into further tertiary education or meaningful career pathways.
