Senior Administration Officer

The Foundation Office is seeking to recruit a Senior Administration Officer with high level administrative skills. This person will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, to assist with clerical and administrative support in order to facilitate the effective and efficient discharge of responsibilities attached to the roles of the Foundation Executive Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • High level administrative support to Deputy CEO, Director of Infrastructure Development, Director of People and Culture and the Teaching School Principal.
  • Assist the EA to the CEO as required to ensure the effective discharge of their responsibilities to the CEO.
  • Provide support for various Foundation Office Meetings including scheduling of meetings, booking of meeting rooms, catering, preparation & distribution of meeting documentation and minuting of meetings.
  • Coordinate Foundation Office events as required.
  • Reception duties including answering phones, managing internal and external mail functions, meet and greet visitors ensuring visitor sign in and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.

Skills and Experience:

  • Committed Christian who is actively involved in their local evangelical Christian church.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration and/ or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated high-level administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Capacity to contribute to operational and strategic activities
