Follow these steps for enrolment into the SPCC International Students Program
1. Download and complete the application form and Code of Conduct along with:
- Payment of non-refundable application fee of $AUD200
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Immunisation Record
- 2-3 years of academic reports authenticated and translated into English
- An AEAS report showing proficiency of the English language

2. Skype interview
- Upon successful submission of your application, the College will contact you to set up a Skype interview with the Head of School and the International Student Advisor
3. Receive Letter of Offer
- If successful, a Letter of Offer will be sent
- To accept the position at St Philip's Christian College, you are required to pay the costs as outlined in the Letter of Offer
- Return a signed copy of the Written Student Agreement and Refund Policy that will be included with your letter of offer. Forms must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for students who are under 18 years of age.
4. Receive Confirmation of Enrolment
- Upon receipt of the fees and other requested forms an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be issued along with an under 18 welfare letter (where applicable)

Conditions of Enrolment:
Students accepted into St Philip’s Christian College will be expected to cooperate and participate in the full range of activities including academic, sporting, cultural and the spiritual life of the College. Students will also be required to:
- Maintain satisfactory attendance (80% attendance rate per term)
- Maintain satisfactory course progress
- Support the College's Core Values
- Endeavour to behave in a manner which brings honour to the College
- Pay schools fee's in a timely manner
Enrolment Terms and Conditions The Terms and conditions of enrolment must be read and accepted. The applicant and parents must sign and submit the student agreement which will be issued by your Agent prior to the electronic confirmation of enrolment being issued. Return of the student agreement indicates the acceptance of the College’s listed policies.
