We have a variety of Factsheets providing you with information about many aspects of mental health and well-being. As a College community it is our hope that we can assist and support families through providing reliable and psychologically accurate information. With 1 in 4 Australians aged 16-24 living with a mental health disorder, these fact sheets are an important starting point in understanding what is going on and whether you should seek external support. If you would like further information on a particular subject please contact our Acting Director of Wellbeing (K-12), Belinda Shields who will endeavour to provide you with further helpful information.
