Teacher Selected for National Geographic Program
Congratulations to Jodi Phipps, a middle and senior school teacher who has been chosen as a teacher Argonaut for the JASON project run by National Geographic. Only three teachers world wide are chosen.

As part of the program Jodi will help select the student Argonauts from across the world and meet with the successful ones in Washington D.C in July for Boot camp. Then the three teachers are given a top secret mission and Jodi will head off in October or January and film with a leading scientist and students. The program will then go to air in September 2010.

More information will be available on this exciting program in the next few months.
