Harold Phipps and Ahlia Raftery in Rostrum- Voice of YouthMonday 6th April 2009 Harold Phipps and Ahlia Raftery both of stage 4 represented St Philip’s Christian college Port Stephens at the recent Rostrum- Voice of Youth. They competed in the local competition in the Hunter Region. Both students felt they gained valuable skills from the experience.
